Prontus — Your Trusted Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP)

Prontus is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), enabling us to file and manage company information directly with Companies House on your behalf. This means faster processing, stronger compliance, and complete peace of mind.

What is an ACSP?

An Authorised Corporate Service Provider is approved by Companies House to verify identities and submit company filings under the UK’s new corporate transparency regulations.

As an ACSP, Prontus can act as your secure gateway to Companies House, ensuring your business meets all regulatory obligations accurately and on time. All directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) must complete identity verification before their next confirmation statement is filed. This deadline applies to every UK company, regardless of size or activity. The date of your next confirmation statement can be found on the Companies House register, or Prontus can check this for you as part of our service. Completing verification in advance ensures your company can continue to file without delay and remain fully compliant with Companies House requirements.

Why Directors and PSCs Must Complete Identity Verification

Directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) are legally required to verify their identity under the UK’s corporate transparency reforms.

This requirement ensures that the individuals responsible for controlling and managing companies are real, identifiable, and accountable. Identity verification helps prevent fraud, misuse of companies, and false appointments, while protecting the integrity of the Companies House register. Without completed verification, directors and PSCs may be unable to file documents, act in their roles, or meet their statutory obligations, putting both the individual and the company at risk of non-compliance.

Let Prontus manage your Companies House compliance with confidence.
